Hardisty Terminal

Our Hardisty Terminal is the largest independent storage facility strategically located at the heart of the most important heavy crude oil hub in Canada.

Connective Advantage That's Been Built Over Decades

For more than 65 years, the Alberta Oil and Gas Hardisty Terminal has been a key piece of energy infrastructure in Western Canada. We possess approximately 14 million barrels of storage, comprised of 43 tanks at four separate terminals, touching one in four barrels exported from Western Canada.

Alberta Oil and Gas Hardisty Terminal also has exclusive access to the Hardisty Unit Rail Facility, a Joint Venture with USD Group, which has the ability to load up to three-unit trains per day, moving approximately 210,000 barrels per day.

Best-In-Class Connectivity

With best-in-class connectivity to inbound and outbound pipelines, our Hardisty Terminal offers the most flexibility to our customers as they transport their products to end markets.

The Largest Independent Storage Facility in Hardisty

With significant acreage adjacent to the existing tanks and in the surrounding area, we plan to continue growing our position at Hardisty. Our customers at the terminal include supermajors, senior oil sands producers, refiners and others.
